We are not a reseller. All contracts for services are signed directly between you (the client) and the service provider. We’ll negotiate the terms and pricing on your behalf, all you have to do is sign when the time is right. Meaning on your schedule, not a sales rep’s schedule. Big difference.
We prefer the term “High-Impact Technology Consultancy” but if you’d like to call us a “Broker” we’re OK with that, too. If you check out Our Process you’ll see there’s a bit more to it than just brokering a contract between two parties. We’re in this for the long haul so we’re driven to deliver solutions that provide results.
In most cases* our services cost you nothing. We’re compensated by the providers you select. They love working with us because we bring them the right clients at the right time, and they have far less overhead with us than they do with their direct sales force. They then pass those savings on to you. Everybody wins.

It really depends on the type of project we’re working on. For example, for network-based projects like SD-WAN we’ll often assign a CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) to help with the design. For Cloud Infrastructure projects we’ll engage a Cloud Engineer. And of course all of our providers have internal resources that we lean on extensively for our projects. Combined with our decades of experience with IT infrastructure projects we put it all together to deliver the solutions you need to transform your business.
